Any data professional that is looking to improve their business knowledge, aspires to lead data and analytics teams, or wants to be a more effective data and analytics leader.
While any level can benefit from this course, it was designed for mid, senior, and executive level data professionals to enhance their business literacy and managerial mindset.
There is no technical content covered in this course. The focus is on leadership and managerial mindsets that drive results with data and analytics.
Without business literacy it is extremely to effectively lead and drive change with data and analytics. If your current or desired future role involves D&A leadership, and there is a business facing component to that role, then business literacy is a must.
I have been responsible for standing up multiple greenfield analytics teams from scratch for very large organizations. These challenging experiences taught me what does and doesn't work when it comes to driving change with D&A. This course will share these lessons with you so you don't have to go through the same challenges.
You will learn the non technical components of data and analytics leadership that are essential for strong business integration and sustained D&A team/program success. These are the same principles I have used to generate over $300 million in revenue and $75 million in EBITDA as a direct result of analytics initiatives under my leadership.
Content like this is extremely difficult to find on the internet as it isn't on the training agenda for most D&A pros. I spent years accumulating this knowledge. I've collected a lot of battle scars along the way. I've put all that knowledge into an hour course so you can avoid spending years acquiring the same knowledge and can also avoid the mistakes I have made.
Results are dependent on how strongly you embrace the ideas presented. If you fully commit, results can start to be seen in 30-60 days. After 3-6 months you should notice a significant difference in how you approach data and analytics projects and leadership. If you do nothing then you will not see results.
